This Kai Sallas Mango Jam is a PU model that I picked up from a team rider. It’s a high-performance modern single-fin longboard. It features a lower-volume outline, a tucked rail edge near the tail, and a continuous slight V-bottom shape built for radical, sharp turns and smooth tip-riding.

I'm the second owner of this beautiful 9'10" Competitor shaped by the legend, Hank Byzak (RIP) back in 2000. Very agile yet stable. It’s my oldest sons personal favorite. For reference, he's about 6' and 170 lbs and very graceful on a log. Yet loves to surf this board with lots of rail to rail transitions in between graceful cross stepping. If you have never tried one of these boards, I highly suggest it.

The Cheater by Sakal Surfboards is a versatile noserider that blends modern and old-school features offering a wider nose, and the deep nose concave flows into a hull shape with a slight vee off the tail. Ed Sakal is in the HB Shapers Hall Of Fame and makes amazing boards that just work. In my opinion he's still under appreciated as a shaper. This little pintail has been in the family for about 12 years now. It was my oldest son’s first longboard and every person that surfs it loves it!
